These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of GCI PE Brand Accelerate, operated by Grady Campbell Incorporated. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you’re using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to accept on their behalf.

Who can use GCI PE Brand Accelerate

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. By creating an account, you confirm this and that all information you provide is accurate.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at info@gradycampbell.com.

Subscriptions and billing

Access to the platform requires a paid subscription. Here’s how it works:

• Free trial: New accounts may include a free trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically begins unless you cancel beforehand.
• Billing: Plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans are billed upfront.
• Cancellation: Cancel any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. We don’t offer refunds for partial periods.
• Price changes: We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before changing your price.

What you can and can’t do

You may use our platform for your legitimate internal business purposes. You may not:

• Share or resell access to the platform
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our software
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with our systems

What our reports are — and aren’t

The brand scores, analyses, and recommendations our platform generates are informational only. They are not investment, legal, financial, or accounting advice. They should not be your only basis for any business or investment decision. You are responsible for how you use our outputs.

Reports are based on publicly available data at the time of analysis. Accuracy is not guaranteed and results may change over time.

Our content and your content

Everything on our platform — our software, methodology, reports, and branding — belongs to Grady Campbell Incorporated. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

You own the URLs and data you submit. By submitting them, you give us permission to process them to generate your reports.

No warranties

We provide the platform “as is.” We don’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that every report will be perfectly accurate. We do our best, but we can’t make promises we can’t keep.

Limits on our liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before any claim arises. We are not responsible for lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

We can suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms. You can close your account any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access ends immediately.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if needed.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We’ll notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.
